Aston Martin has officially unveiled the 2013 DB9 in its coupe and Volante convertible versions, which it will display at the upcoming Paris Motor Show. It also announced that it would stop production of the Aston Martin Virage, which covered the gap between the previous DB9 and the DBS.

We previously published spy photos of her without any camouflage . As we mentioned previously, the Virage will not leave completely, as it appears from its spy photos that the DB9 will receive changes similar to the Aston Martin Virage in the front end itself. You will also get some light touches and additions from the Aston Martin Vanquish.

The next generation DB9 will be built on the Aston Martin VH chassis. Despite its use in the Vanquish, the DB9 will not get carbon fiber parts.

The 2013 DB9 is equipped with a 6.0 V12 engine that generates 510 horsepower and 457 lb-ft of torque, a difference of 40 hp and an increase of 14 lb-ft of torque over the previous DB9. Which makes it more powerful than the Virage by 20 hp and 37 lb-ft.

The 2013 DB9 is equipped with carbon ceramic brakes as a standard feature, and the car’s 3,935-pound weight is distributed 50/50 to all tires. The regular transmission will not be available, but you will be able to use the paddle shifters behind the steering wheel.

The interior design is similar to the interior of the Aston Martin Vantage, as you will not get the new interior updates in the Vanquish 2013. The rear camera has become an essential feature.

The price of the Aston Martin DB9 2013 starts from 695,328 Saudi riyals. You can order it now and it will be launched in the market next November.
